Hello all, I am a 28 year old male Californian professional, living and working in Singapore. I am clean, considerate and organized and I have a good sense of humor(or so I am told). I am looking for a room to rent in a condo...with EXPATS. If you do not understand what Irony and Sarcasm are, please don't bother responding. Agents do NOT respond!

I am looking to live on Hume Av.(Hume II, Parc Palais, Symphony Heights, Summerhill) but I am open to looking at places on Hillview as well. I would prefer a high floor that gets a breeze. Must allow cooking, but no smoking. Looking for a common or master and I am willing to go a little higher on the rental cost if your place really kicks some serious ass! I have noticed how many ads on here specify Chinese/Indian/Female only. While I am not racist or sexist I would like to ad my own specification: Expat/Westerner. If you fall under this category and have a room for rent please let me know. I would love to meet and check out your room.

Budget $950(incl. utilities)
Looking for a room in a shared condo(common or master).
No more than two other occupants/roommates(preferably not owner).
No children.
Furnished with at least a bed.

We are the exclusive appointed agent representing a Tertiary International School for their students accommodation and staff needs. Single, female professional - Singapore PR looking for a master /common room from end march till end of june.
Prefer apartments located near MRT ( along novena to raffles place or lavender - bugis)
Also ok to rent a common room if it has a private bathroom with no sharing.
Lease term is March - end May/June ( 3 or 4 months max WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND MONTHLY)
